Capital Containers joins the Container Ship Safety Forum (CSSF)

CSSF welcomes Capital Containers as a new member of the Forum.

Hamburg, Germany – The Container Ship Safety Forum (CSSF) is pleased to welcome Capital Containers Ship Management Corp. as the newest member of the association.

Capital Containers is a Greece‑based ship manager with long experience in the container segment. The company emphasises safety as a core priority and highlights the importance of structured management systems, operational discipline and continuous improvement. By joining the CSSF, Capital Containers aims to engage in a collaborative forum that supports knowledge‑sharing and contributes to meaningful progress on safety performance across the industry.

Commenting on the membership, Stavros Meidanis, Managing Director of Capital Containers Ship Management Corp., said:

Launched in 2014 and incorporated as a registered association in 2018, the Container Ship Safety Forum e.V. (CSSF) is an international industry association and global business-to-business network dedicated to improving safety performance and management practices in the container shipping industry.

CSSF members collaborate by measuring, reporting, benchmarking, sharing best practices, and engaging with key industry stakeholders.

The 32 ordinary member companies of the CSSF represent more than 50 percent of the worldwide available TEU capacity on fully cellular container vessels.
